In 2017 Grant Long became the owner of American Homes by Grant Long, LLC after his dad Dave Long retired. Dave has been providing Southwest Iowa with quality homes for over 30 years and his son Grant has been working and learning from his dad for 17 of those years. The American Homes name is held to a high standard here in our community and Grant and his crew intends to continue the tradition of providing great work.
